On average, it takes Orion only about 27 seconds to scan, score, and post a single athlete's score online and in the mobile app.
The length of time it takes to score multiple targets depends on your scanner's speed and computer's processing power.
On an Intel Duel-Core 2.71GHz machine with 4GB RAM using a Canon DR-C230 scanner, Orion Scoring System will scan and score:
An air rifle 3x20 match (6 targets) in 39 seconds.
A smallbore 3x40 match (12 Targets) in 1 minute 7 seconds.
A 60-shot air pistol match (12 targets) in 57 seconds.
