Unopened and undamaged Athena equipment, scanners, paper targets, and other consumables may be returned within 30 days of delivery. There is a 15% restocking fee on orders over $100. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns. No refund is available past 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the customer after the items are returned.
Items damaged during shipping will be replaced or repaired by Scopos. Customer is responsible for notifying Scopos of items damaged during shipping within 30 days of deliver.
Orion Scoring System's first year software licenses are non-refundable once the End User License Agreement is accepted. Renewal licenses are non-refundable. Please contact us for more information or to request a copy of the EULA.
