Creating a Youth Scopos Account

Creating a Youth Scopos Account

We here at Scopos believe it is important that parents and legal guardians help their children explore technology safely. As such, we will only grant children under the age of 13 access to a Scopos Account (formerly Orion Mobile App) after parental or legal guardian approval.

For children, a Scopos Account primarily allows shooting sports athletes to access their practice and competition scores online using Rezults and to login to their Athena at Home or an Athena for Clubs firing point. Athletes may optionally create an online profile to share their competition scores publicly.

To create an account:

  • Adults and teenagers may sign up for themselves at rezults.scopos.tech.
  • For children under the age of 13, a parent or legal guardian must have a Scopos account first, and then create the youth account with their explicit approval.

It may seem unusual to require a parent or legal guardian to have a Scopos account first, before creating a youth account. However, by adding in this step, it enables the parent or legal guardian to explore the benefits and potential risks of an account before allowing their children to have one. We encourage parents and legal guardians to take this opportunity to explore the site with their children before giving them access.
