Did you know that you can update your account information online, such as changing a mailing address, telephone number or email address? Also, it would be wise to add a secondary contact to your account, especially if you are a club or school program that may have multiple coaches involved throughout the year. 4-H Programs, we know you run on volunteer parent involvement and those parents may change with the seasons. For those coaches and instructors retiring from your role, why not preserve the legacy of your program by adding a secondary contact so your successor can continue the hard work you have started without interruption? Having a secondary contact listed allows us to provide support on the account in a more seamless manner.
It’s easy, here’s how:
Start by logging into your Orion admin portal account on our Orion website by selecting “My Account” in the navigation bar (or by clicking the button below).
Then select “Update Your Customer Information” under Quick Links on the right hand side.
From there it’s as simple as entering the information that needs to be updated and selecting “Save”.
