Rich joins Shooter's Technology with 25+ years of experience as a Full Stack Architect. He served the last four years as the Assistant Coach at West Forsyth High School's Titan Rifle team, taking them from a non-existent program to shooting in the national championships four years later. After his daughter left the program to shoot in the NCAA, Rich moved on in the 2023-2024 School Year to Coach the rival Reagan Raider Rifle Team in Pfafftown, NC.
